External Refurbishment
We were first instructed to undertake a building survey of the hotel which highlighted the need for external refurbishment to the roof and elevations.
We have since restored the inner lightwell areas, side and rear elevations and main roof with the front elevation restoration programme due to commence in 2014.
We have also provided ongoing consultancy advice in connection with internal works.

Steel frame stone cased hotel with giant ionic columns rising in the middle with carved cherubs between the windows to the Aldwych elevation. The hotel is renowned for its elegant Palm Court public room.
