Video Surveys & Condition Reports

We were jointly instructed to undertake video surveys to reflect the general condition of the properties. This information was to be supported by a brief overview report for each hotel.
The videos were fully narrated to record the condition and finishes highlighting any specific defects.

The surveys included all external elements and grounds as well as internal areas to front and back of house and limited to randomly selected bedrooms.
